Brett is a workplace lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in the areas of industrial and employee relations, human resources, workers compensation and OHS. He has led, conducted and advised on investigations across several industry sectors, including higher education, local government, construction, oil and gas and mining.
Brett has worked with clients from a wide range of industries including manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, construction and education providing Workplace Relations services across Australia including Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Human Resources, Work Compensation and OHS.
Brett has extensive experience appearing as an advocate on behalf of employers in the Fair Work Commission on matters such as Unfair Dismissal Conciliations, General Protections Conciliations, Stop Bullying Applications, Unfair Dismissal Hearings, Underpayment Claims, Appearance in respect to lodging EAs, Disputes in relation to EA clauses, Award modernisation and Protected applications disputes and works closely with SME clients in Metro and in regional Victoria.
Brett also facilitates workshops and masterclasses in Workers Compensation and OHS.
